Our History
For over three decades, Kaizen (改善) Consulting has evolved from education to a multidisciplinary consulting group, advancing institutional excellence, knowledge localization, and national capacity across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

WE began our journey in education and training, founding the well-known Arrowad Schools in Riyadh. Within less than five years, it achieved several success stories locally, regionally, and internationally.
